Pat Tracy

Pat Tracy joined Washington College as the associate head coach for men's lacrosse in July 2023. Before his start at Washington College, Tracy was the Director of Athletics and head boys’ lacrosse coach at the Sts. Peter & Paul School in Easton, Maryland from 2018-23.  

Tracy helped the Shoremen return to the Centennial Conference Tournament in 2024 as the team won their final three conference games to earn a spot. 
 
Prior to his time at Sts. Peter & Paul, Tracy was the associate head coach and offensive coordinator at High Point University from 2011-18 where he was instrumental in the building of a new Division I program. During his time at High Point, the Panthers won an Atlantic Sun regular season championship, two Southern Conference regular season championships and advanced to the NCAA tournament in 2015. In 2018, the High Point offense finished first in the Southern Conference in goals per game and was ranked in the top 20 in the country. As the offensive coordinator, Tracy coached and mentored three student athletes that recorded over 150 points throughout their careers.  
 
Tracy came to High Point after spending four seasons at UMBC as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator. In 2008 and 2009 his defensive units finished in the top 10 in the country in goals against average and the Retrievers won a pair American East Championships and advanced to the NCAA tournament. 
 
Prior to his time at UMBC, Tracy was an assistant coach at Dartmouth and Goucher.  
 
As a collegiate coach, Tracy has coached 18 All-Americans, 52 all-conference selections, four conference rookie of the year awards, and five conference player of the year honorees. 
 
Tracy resides in Easton, Maryland with his wife Molly, and his 12-year old daughter, Tatum.  Â
