Kristen Dwight was added to the men's and women's swimming staff in the summer of 2026.
Dwight began coaching in her home town at Newfield swim club. After graduating, she was the head coach at Buena High School for three years. In her time she saw nine school records broken by her swimmers and had one swimmer place top ten in the state in two events. She then moved to Hammonton swim club where she saw three more team records broken.
Before heading into coaching, ahe was a four year member of the Mount Saint Mary College's swim team where she prioritized backstroke and distance freestyle. She saw multiple top 15 finishes every year at the Skyline Championships. She even earned a spot on the Skyline Conference Academic Honor Roll and was a two time CSCAA Scholastic All-American.
Dwight attend Mount Saint Mary College and earned her bachelors of business administration. and in 2025, Dwight graduated froim Wilmington University with her Masters of Business Administration.
