Senior men's soccer player Jackson Sopa (Rising Sun, Md./Rising Sun) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Sopa scored the lone goal in the Shoremen's 1-0 win over visiting #22 Gettysburg on Saturday night.

Sopa netted the winner in the 63rd minute on a pass from Eric Gwadz for his first career score in a rematch of last year's championship game of the Centennial Conference Tournament.

This is Sopa's first career Shoreman of the Week honor.
