CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting Stockton and host Washington College played to a 1-1 tie on Kibler Field at Roy Kirby Jr. Stadium in non-conference women's soccer action on Monday evening. The Shorewomen are now 4-3-6 on the season, while the Ospreys are now 7-7-3 overall.

How It Happened
- The Ospreys struck just 2:03 into the match as
Sydney Williams played the ball up to
Allie Magas. Magas' cross would find
Logan Shaw who scored from about five yards out near the right post for an early 1-0 advantage.
- Washington would tie the game with 17:50 left in the first half when
Paige O'Connell redirected a pass from
Ellie Morrall into the lower right corner.
- Stockton was awarded a penalty kick at the 75:18 mark following a foul in the box, but
Riley Finnegan's attempt went wide to the left.
- The Shorewomen got the final shot of the game with 21 seconds left on a try by
Ellen Daly, but her shot went high.

- O'Connell was named the Goose Nation TV Shorewoman Player of the Game. It was her first goal since October 30, 2019 when she scored the game-winner versus Ursinus in a 1-0 win.
- Tonight was the Pride Game, a joint effort between the LGBTQ+ Athletes Club and Shorewomen Soccer.
- The start of the game was delayed 30 minutes due to lightning.
