CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting Ursinus had four players score in double figures on its way to an 85-60 win over host Washington College on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference men's basketball action on Finnegan Court at Penny J. Fall Gymnasium. The Bears are now 15-8 overall and 10-6 in the Centennial, while the Shoremen, who played their final home game of the season today, are 3-19 and 2-14 respectively.

How It Happened
- After Washington took its only lead of the game, 3-2, on a three by
Sam Corrao with 19:01 left in the first half, Ursinus would use a 10-0 run to take the lead for the rest of the game, 12-3, with 14:58 to go on a
Ryan Hughes layup.Â
Trevor Wall put the Bears ahead 5-3 on a layup with 16:53 remaining in the stanza.
- The Bears would take their biggest lead of the first half of 12 points, 34-21, with 5:53 remaining on a
Marlin Wise lay-in and free throw for a conventional three-point play.
- Washington would go on a 13-4 run to cut the Ursinus' lead to 38-34 with 2:07 to go on a
Davis Bland three. The visitors would take a 43-36 lead into halftime.
- Ursinus would open the second half scoring 17 of the first 22 points to take a 60-41 lead with 13:17 remaining on a Mohamed Toure layup.Â
- The closest WC would get the rest of the way was 12 points, 63-51, with 10:38 to go on two free throws by
Kedrick Frink.
For The Shoremen (3-19, 2-14 CC)
- Corrao (13 points and five rebounds; 4-for-5 from the floor and 3-for-4 from three-point range), Frink (12 points), Bland (game-best five assists and five rebounds),
Precieux Tshibangu (two steals)
- The Shoremen shot 38% (21-for-55) from the floor, 32% (9-for-28) from three-point range and 64% (9-for-14) from the foul line.Â
- Washington had 11 turnovers in the game.
For Ursinus (15-8, 10-6 CC)

- The Bears shot 53% (28-for-53) from the floor, 42% (8-for-19) from three-point range and 70% (21-for-30) from the free throw stripe.  Â
- Ursinus outscored WC in points in the paint (40-22), points off turnovers (14-8), second chance points (9-7), transition points (8-0) and bench points (41-25).
- The Bears had nine turnovers in the contest, while holding a 39-27 edge in rebounds.
