Sophomores Hartley Meyer (Little Rock, Ark./Little Rock Central) and Kate Opielski (King of Prussia, Pa./Upper Merion) share this week's Shorewoman of the Week honor. Meyer and Opielski earned medals at the at the 2023 ACUI-SCTP Collegiate Clay Target National Championships that was held March 21-25 at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas.

Opielski brought home an individual national championship, as she won Women's C-Class in American Skeet Doubles with 74 out of 100 targets hit to capture gold in the event.  

Meyer took third place in Women's B-Class American Skeet with 91 out of 100 targets hit to garner bronze. She was also the team's highest HOA on the women's side for WCTS.

This is Meyer's and Opielski's first career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
