Quotes
Jonathan Miranda – Varsity Eight Saturday
"We held our own and improved our time by almost a minute.  All of our hard work is paying off!  The time we posted this year was only 7/10ths slower than last year's crew."

Will Granados – Worcester, Mass. Native – Varsity Four
"It was a home coming for me to be able to win on the course I raced all thru high school.  We put down a thrilling race, as we kept pushing out in front of them and held them off.  A great win for the crew and a great day to be a Shoreman!"

Emmett Wurster – Varsity Eight Sunday
"We did what we wanted to do and got into the 6:30s. We had a solid shift at 1k m (1000 meters) to go and had a solid sprint."

Garrett Cole – Varsity Eight Sunday
"What a thrilling rowing race that was!  We gave it our all and really pushed ourselves to the limit.  We had the power and kept up an incredible pace throughout the entire race.  We made a great improvement on our 2k time during the weekend's races."

Notes
On Saturday, the weather was sunny and great water for racing.  On Sunday, the weather was overcast with a light mist falling throughout the morning.  There was a light wind at five mph over the course.
