CARLISLE, Pa. – Host #13 Dickinson used a 11-0 run during an 18:58 stretch that spanned the third and fourth quarters to turn a 10-5 deficit into a 15-10 lead and held off a late charge from visiting Washington College to record a 15-12 win in Centennial Conference men's lacrosse action on Saturday afternoon at Biddle Field. The Red Devils are 8-3 overall and 2-1 in the conference, while the Shoremen are 8-4 and 2-2 respectively.Â

How It Happened
- Tied at 2-2 in the first quarter, the Shoremen scored the last three of the first quarter to lead 5-2 after one with
Connor Garrison scoring with 60 seconds left from
Luke Brennan.
- Garrison opened the second quarter scoring with 8:26 to go in the stanza to make it four straight for the guests at 6-2 before
James Issacson stopped the run for the hosts with 6:27 remaining to trim it to 6-3.

Mac Hale started a 3-0 run for Washington with 5:02 left before
Trevor Ivatts scored with 1:03 on a man-up and with five ticks left in the second to give the visitors a 9-3 advantage at halftime. Brennan notched the assists on both of Ivatts' goals
- Down 10-4, Sascha Gannon started the game-changing run with a goal from Sam Campbell with 10:35 remaining in the third quarter to cut it to 10-5. Gannon would tied the game with 23 seconds left in the third at 10-10 as the Red Devils outscored the Shoremen 7-1 in the quarter.
- Will Farrell would give Dickinson the lead for the rest of the game 92 seconds into the fourth quarter from Skyler Schluter to make it 11-10 and it was the first lead for the hosts since early in the first.

Matt Thurston capped the 11-goal run with 6:37 to go in the contest on a feed from Issacson that give the Red Devils a five-goal lead.
- Washington would get two back with Garrison netting his fourth of the afternoon with 2:57 left, but that's as close as it would get as its last five shots did not find the back of the net and Dickinson tallied the three-goal win.
