Women's Soccer Draws 0-0 at Marymount

Shorewomen end non-conference play with tie.

ARLINGTON, Va. – Washington College women's soccer traveled to Virginia to take on the Marymount Saints in a non-conference matchup. Neither team was able to beat the opposing keeper as the game ended in a scoreless draw.

How It Happened
- Washington started the strongest, having five shots at goal in the opening half. Only one would force a save from Marymount goalie Hannah Mockenhaupt. The Saints failed to register an attempt in the first half.
 
-The stalemate could not be broken in the second half. Washington's best chance came with just over 15 minutes remaining as Kaileigh Brady got a shot on goal from a corner but was unable to beat Mckenhaupt. It was one of three second half saves from the Saints goalie. Marymount forced Shorewomen keeper Olivia Allen to make a pair of second half saves.

- Washington had ten shots with four on target and forced two corners. 

For Marymount (1-7-3)
- Scoring: None  
- Goalkeeper: Hannah Mockenhaupt (4 saves, 0 goals allowed, 90:00)
- The Bulldogs had three shots with two on target and forced two corners.
