Lebanon, PA – Washington College Golf competed in the Lancaster Bible College 36 Hole Invitational this past weekend. The team came in eighth out of ten teams.
How It Happened
- The Team's top finisher was Matt Young who finished tied for 12th place and was 20 over for the weekend. His best round was the first where he shot an 81. He finished the tournament with a total score of 164, 11 points behind first place.
- Colby Byer was the second best Shoremen to finish in 26th place with a total score of 171. His best round was also the first with a score of 83.
- John Matthai finished right behind Byer as he tied for 27th place with a total score of 172. Matthai's best round was the second where he finished with an 81.
- Teddy Howard and Ben McCumber came in T36 and T43 respectively.
- The team finished 8/10 with a total score of 687 and a combined 111 over. They finished ahead of Penn State Abington and Lebanon Valley.
