CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting Dickinson raced out to a 15-2 lead and never trailed on its way to a 67-44 win over host Washington College on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference men's basketball action on Finnegan Court at Penny J. Fall Gymnasium in the Shoremen's Senior Day. The Red Devils are now 9-14 overall and 6-10 in the Centennial, while the Shoremen are 4-19 and 2-14 respectively.

How It Happened
- The Red Devils scored the game's first eight points in the opening 4:37, capping it on a three-pointer by
Matt Mahoney.
- Dickinson would push its lead to 13-2 with 10:03 to go in the first half on an
Andrew Gostovich layup.
- Washington would score the next seven points to trim the lead to 15-9 with 5:44 to go in the stanza on a free throw by
Marcus Scott Jr.
- The guests would answer with a 10-2 run to finish off the first half to take a 25-11 lead into halftime with
Nate Ogbu canning a three with 1:56 left to cap the scoring.
- In the second half,
Kedrick Frink opened the scoring with a dunk and drew the foul and netted the free throw to complete the three-point play to reduce the lead to 11 just 53 seconds in.
- That's as close as WC would get as Dickinson would extend its advantage to as many as 26 points late in the second half on two occasions to come away with the win.
For The Shoremen (4-19, 2-14 CC)
- Frink (11 points, four assists, game-high four steals and three rebounds)
- The Shoremen shot 31% (15-for-49) from the floor, 22% (5-for-23) from three-point range and a 82% (9-for-11) from the foul line.
- Washington had eight turnovers in the game.

- The Red Devils shot 58% (25-for-43) from the floor, 38% (6-for-16) from three-point range and 92% (11-for-12) from the free throw stripe.
- Dickinson outscored WC in second chance points (13-8), points in the paint (32-20), transition points (4-2) and bench points (22-10).
- The Red Devils had 13 turnovers in the contest, while holding a 34-17 edge in rebounds.
