Senior men's basketball player
Kedrick Frink (Sunderland, Md./Huntingtown) and freshman
Chris Johnson (Lutherville, Md./Dulaney) share this week's Shoreman of the Week. Frink scored his 1,000th career point, while Johnson set a personal best.
Frink became the 37th player in Shoremen Basketball history to reach 1,000 career points as he achieved the milestone on a layup with 17.2 seconds left as part of his game-high 24 points. The senior added 11 points on Saturday versus Dickinson and currently sits at 1,012 all-time points. He reached the 1,000-point mark in just 68 games.
On Sunday in American Trap, at the 2024 ACUI/SCTP Lower East Coast Conference Championships in Savannah, Georgia, Johnson set a personal best with 88 out of 100 targets nailed for top performer by a WCTS shooter in the event.
This is Frink's 10th and Johnson's first career Shoreman of the Week honor.
