Quote From Head Coach Kari Hughes
"We successfully shifted an all-day regatta scheduled for Saturday to Friday evening.  In total we ran 10 races with over 200 athletes in less than 2 hours thanks to the teamwork of the Coaching and the Waterfront Staffs.

The Washington College Invitational is a great start for us as we kick off our spring racing season.  We were able to go head-to-head with some of the fastest crews in the country and in our conference (Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference).  Our Varsity Eight's had the opportunity to test themselves against other teams and learned a great deal in the process that we will work to leverage into additional speed as we continue to progress and a team and individuals.  This team is incredibly supportive of each other and works so well together - we are excited to watch their growth through this racing season!"
