Chestertown, MD – Washington College Women's Soccer skates past Marymount Sunday afternoon in non-conference matchup 3-0. The Saints had only four shots compared to the Shorewomen's 16.

How It Happened
- Marymount was the first to get a shot off three minutes into the first half. The low and center try was fruitless as The Shorewomen's Olivia Allen recorded her first goalkeeping save of the day.
- The first shot on goal for Washington College came from Kayla Streett as her low and center shot was saved. Almost a minute later Gina Phillips sinks a shot through the top left corner of the net off an assist from Lindsey Nguyen.
- Phillips, in an almost identical fashion, scores the second goal for the Shorewomen in the 19th minute off a Nguyen pass yet again.
- Regan Longridge and Andrea Norman both try to get in on the action for the Shorewomen but their shots in the 21st and 22nd minutes were were both saved by the Saints' goalkeeper.
- The third goal for the Shorewomen came from Audrey MacNair in the 25th minute of play. Sophie Kilbride sent a pass forward from the middle right to the Saints' goalie who fumbled the ball just enough to allow MacNair to tap the ball into the back of the net.
- The Shorewomen ended the half with nine shots and held Marymount to only one.
- Marymount had one look to score in the second half, but the shot went off the crossbar. They had one other shot in the half but could not get past Allen in goal. The Shorewomen blaze by the Saints 3-0 and advance to 2-0 on the season.
