Chestertown, MD- The Washington College Women's Basketball Team took care of the Tigers of Trinity Washington University, 69-20. Every Shorewoman that touched the hardwood scored, Avery Thomas led with 17 followed by Kiersten Rose with a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.

How It Happened
For The Shorewomen (10-6)
- The Shorewomen got out to a 6-0 start two minutes into the first quarter. Abby Meredith made two jump shots with Kiersten Rose adding in a layup. The Shorewomen ended the quarter up 20-4 with Meredith leading the scoring followed by Rose and Avery Thomas who had four each.
- The freshman trio of Maggie Lawrence, Taylor Shane, and Sarah Oleary got involved in the second quarter. Each scored four. Shane scored off a layup and jump shot, Oleary and Lawrence each scored two layups. The Shorewomen led 39-7 at the end of the first half.
- The Shorewomen kept a big lead as everyone who checked in was able to get their name in the scorebook. The Shorewomen won 69-20.
- Thomas led the way with 17 points followed by Rose with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
