COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Host Ursinus jumped out to a 3-0 lead after one quarter on its way to a 4-1 win over visiting Washington College to record a 3-2 win in a Centennial Conference field hockey game on Saturday afternoon at Snell Field Hockey Field. The Bears are now 5-7 overall and 1-4 in the Centennial, while the Shorewomen are 5-8 and 2-3 respectively.

- Ursinus took the lead 4:39 into the game finishing off a penalty corner.
- The Bears score twice in 73 seconds to extend their lead to 3-0 with tallies with 4:50 and 3:37 left in the first stanza.
- In the second quarter, Ursinus made it 4-0 with 9:32 to go before halftime.
- Washington got onto the scoreboard with 4:08 left in the third on a
Natalie Watkinson blast from the upper left side of the circle from
Kendal Thomson off of a penalty corner.
