ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Junior midfielder/forward
Kaileigh Brady (Hockessin, Del./St. Mark's) scored the game-tying goal with 1:37 to go in the game to help visiting Washington College land a 1-1 tie at host Muhlenberg at Varsity Field in Centennial Conference women's soccer action on Saturday afternoon. The Shorewomen are now 8-4-2 overall and 3-3-1 in the Centennial, while the Mules are now 5-8-2 and 2-4-1 respectively.

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen took eight of the 11 shots in the first half, but the game was scoreless after 45 minutes and none of the 11 ended up on goal.
- Muhlenberg had two of its three shots ring off the crossbar in the 21st and 42nd minutes.
- Washington's
Bridget Whiteside the first shot on goal in the game for either 1:40 into the second half with her goal scoring chance knocked over the crossbar by the Muhlenberg goalie.
- The Mules would finish off a corner kick with 17:46 to go in the second half to take a 1-0 on a header from about six yards out.

Brianna Gavini had a chance to tie it off of a corner with 9:35 remaining, but the header went wide right.

Gina Phillips nearly equalized the contest with 6:25 left, but the long distance shot rang off the crossbar.
- In the 89th minute,
Dahlia Kuzemka played the ball up to Gavini who found Brady and Brady's shot from the top of the box on the right side was chipped over the Muhlenberg goalie into the upper left corner to knot the game.
- Gavini had a chance in the final minute to win it for Washington, but the shot sailed high and the clock expired.
