MJ Rosenstiel (Drums, Pa./Marian Catholic) of trap & skeet is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Rosenstiel won the High Overall (HOA), had a perfect score in one of the disciplines and was tops in all four disciplines at the home Battle of the Bay in Sudlersville, Md. as the team competed against Delaware.
In American Skeet, the sophomore hit all 50 targets to achieve a perfect score in the event. He drilled 49-of-50 targets in the American Trap discipline to capture that event. Rosenstiel nailed 47-of-50 targets in Doubles Skeet and connected on 43-of-50 targets in Doubles Trap. Rosenstiel hit 189-of-200 targets overall, achieving the HOA by nine targets.
This is the fourth career Shoreman of the Week honor for Rosenstiel.
