LANCASTER, Pa. – Junior men's swimmer Nathan Rawa (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) has been named the Centennial Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week for the week of November 10-16. This is the second time Rawa has landed the Centennial's weekly award.

Rawa won two individual events and was part of a top time relay squad against York (Pa.) on Saturday. The junior netted wins in the 100-yard breaststroke (58.79) and 200 backstroke (2:01.11). In the 400 freestyle relay, he was joined by Mike Lee, Jackson Rooney and James Hackett that took first in the relay with a time of 3:16.45.
 
He previously won the conference's weekly award on November 14, 2023, which was the last time a member of Shoremen Swimming was picked for the award prior to today.
