MJ Rosenstiel (Drums, Pa./Marian Catholic) of trap & skeet is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Rosenstiel repeated as Men's High Overall (HOA) and captured four of the six disciplines as Washington College Trap & Skeet (WCTS) won the 2025 ACUI Upper East Coast Conference Championships this weekend in Glenn Dale, Maryland.
Rosenstiel was the only shooter to hit over 400 targets as he connected on 401-of-450 targets overall for an 89.11% clip to capture the Men's HOA by 16 targets. The sophomore drilled 46-of-50 targets to take tops in the Doubles Skeet and hit 41-of-50 in Super Sporting Clays. He took two more events via shootoff, winning American Skeet by one in the shootoff after connecting on 98-of-100 targets and by one in the Doubles Trap after be successful on 42-of-50 targets. Rosenstiel is now a two-time champion at the event as he won the HOA last fall.
WCTS won the Team HOA by 246 targets over Maryland, 1904-1658.
This is the sixth career Shoreman of the Week honor for Rosenstiel.
