Brady and Kilbride Selected All-Region V Third Team

Third and Fourth Washington Players to Land All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Juniors, midfielder Kaileigh Brady (Hockessin, Del./St. Mark's) and forward Sophie Kilbride (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) have been named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's All-Region V third team. The duo becomes the third and fourth Washington players to earn All-Region honors, joining Arianna Sabatino '19, who earned All-Mid-Atlantic Region third team honors in 2018, and Rachel Chatfield '23, who was tabbed All-Region V second team. It is also the first time the Shorewomen have had two players named all-region in the same season.

Brady netted four goals and added two assists for 10 points as she started in all 19 games. The junior was second on the team in points, tied for second in goals and tied for third in helpers. In 53 career contests, 37 starts, the junior has netted 10 goals and added three assists for 23 points.

Kilbride was tops on the team with five goals, five assists and 15 points in playing in all 19 games, 18 starts. The junior tied the program mark for assists in a single game with three versus Hood on September 13. In 52 all-time games, 33 starts, the forward has eight goals and eight assists for 24 points.

The juniors were All-Centennial Conference second team selections this fall as the Shorewomen went 10-7-2 and qualified for the Centennial Conference Tournament for the first time.
