Chestertown, MD – The Washington College Men's Basketball team lost a lead late in the first half of the game and could not regain control as they fell to the Bullets of Gettysburg 83-69.

How It Happened
- Ty Woodland hit a three pointer to get the scoring started for the Shoremen. He followed that three up with two more field goals. The Shoremen led 7-4.
- Nolan Waldon led the Shoremen on a 16-11 run in the middle of the half, contributing seven. The Shoremen were up 23-15 with ten minutes remaining.
- The last basket of the half for the Shoremen came from Nicho Simes as he sank a three-pointer from Waldon. The basket went in with six minutes and thirty-two seconds left in the half and the scoring seized for the Shoremen after that. Gettysburg went on a 14-0 run to close out the half and take the lead over the Shoremen, 37-31.
- Woodland finally broke the scoring drought three minutes into the second half as he made an and one layup to put the Shoremen within 11, 45-34.
- The scoring was almost even throughout the rest of the half as the Bullets scored 38 to the Shoremen's 35. Waldon tallied 12 points in the last 14 minutes of the half followed by Ben Costello with eight. The Shoremen fell 83-69.
