Junior women's lacrosse player Mia Salvatierra (Bel Air, Md./Fallston) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Salvatierra notched eight goals and added four assists for 12 points against a pair of nationally ranked teams.

In Sunday's game versus #25 St. John Fisher in Florida, the junior tallied game-highs of five goals, three assists and eight points, tying her career-high in points and setting a personal-best in helpers. On Wednesday against visiting #16 York (Pa.), she tallied team-bests of three goals and four points. The junior factored into 12 of the team's 18 goals this week.

This is the third Shorewoman of the Week honor for Salvatierra.
