Chestertown, MD – The Washington College Men's Lacrosse team faced their second conference opponent of the season. The Shoremen came within one after being down by five late in the final period, but could not comeback the deficit and fell to the Bears, 10-9.

How it Happened
- Ursinus scored twice in the first period to go up 2-0 over the Shoremen.
- Grant Matthews scored one minute and three seconds into the second quarter to put the Shoremen within one, 2-1.
- Cory Morgan cut the Shoremen deficit down to two as he shot a bullet to the back of the net with 7:47 left in the second period. The Shoremen trailed, 4-2.
- The Shoremen scored three straight goals to open the second half as Ben Dickinson found the back of the net off a pass from Matthews. With 11:10 left in the quarter, Matthews found a wide-open Nate Winters who ripped one past the Bears' goalie and put the Shoremen within two, 6-4. 21 seconds later, Dickinson was left open on the right side of the goal and had a clear shot and goal to put the Shoremen within one, 6-5.
- The Shoremen were down 9-5 with 7:22 left in the final period. Morgan, through traffic, took a shot reaching the back of the net to put the Shoremen within three, 9-6.
- Ursinus scored with 6:00 left in the period to go up 10-5 over the Shoremen.
- With 2:58 left in the game, Nicky Bond put the Shoremen within three off an assist from Luca Signorella. With 2:08 left, Morgan scored again off a Dickinson assist. The Shoremen were down two, 10-8.
- The Shoremen scored once again with less than a minute left to put themself within one as Cam Carrigan scored unassisted. The Shoremen held possession for the remainder of the period and held for last shot, but Dickinson's attempt was high as the Bears took the game 10-9.
