Rosemont, PA– Washington College Softball drops two against Rosemont College in last non-conference matchup of the season.

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen were down 3-0 heading into the top of the fourth. Nevaeh Unzueta singled to put herself on base. Immediately after, Julia Weglarz doubled sending Unzueta home and putting the Shorewomen on the board, 3-1.
- The Shorewomen took the lead in the top of the seventh. Mia Mavoides singled to put herself on first. Lilly Wenzel earned two RBI with a home run to right center field. The score was 3-3. Chloe Trefz singled and stole second and Gracelyn Goforth was walked as the run to take the lead sat on base. Lilly Cook doubled sending both Trefz and Goforth home as the Shorewomen took the lead, 5-3.
- Rosemont was able to score three runs in the bottom of the seventh to win the game, 6-5.

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen took the lead first in the top of the second. Lilly Wenzel singled to lead off. Two ground outs moved Wenzel to third base as Nevaeh Unzueta singled, batting Wenzel in. The Shorewomen were up, 1-0.
- In the top of the fourth, Julia Weglarz walked and stole second. Weglarz was able to score as Mia Mavoides walked and advanced to third as Weglarz was able to score on a defensive error. The Shorewomen were up, 2-0.
- Rosemont scored twice in the bottom of the fourth.
- In the top of the fifth, Becca Foulk reached base on a errant fielder's choice after Jenna Harper was walked. A ground out moved them each up a base and Gracelyn Goforth batted both runners in with a double. The Shorewomen were up two, 4-2.
- Rosemont was able to score three more runs in the bottom of the fifth and hold the Shorewomen to four as they took game two over the Shorewomen, 5-4.
