CARLISLE, Pa. – Host Dickinson scored the only goal of the match late in the first half in the 39th minute to register a 1-0 win over visiting Washington College at Miller Memorial Field in Centennial Conference women's soccer action on Saturday afternoon. The Red Devils are now 6-2-1 overall and 3-0-0 in the Centennial, while the Shorewomen are 4-3-1 and 0-2-0 respectively.

How It Happened
- Washington took three of the game's opening four shots with
Maddy Gaydon taking the last one of the stretch with 18:01 to go in the opening half, but it was blocked.
- The Red Devils struck with 6:45 to go before halftime off of a corner kick that finished around the six on the right side that started off of a corner kick. It was the only shot on goal in the game.
- In the second half, the Shorewomen got the ball into the box in the 86th minute for their last chance, but the Dickinson defense thwarted the chance before WC could get a shot off.
