How It Happened
- The Shorewomen scored the last two points of the first period to tie the score 13-13 at the end of the first ten minutes.
- Kaityln Boggs opened up the second period with a layup from Peyton Berger to take the lead for the Shorewomen. Boggs scored four more points to move the score to 21-16 still in favor of the Shorewomen. Sarah Oleary hit back-to-back threes in the third minute of play to send the Shorewomen ahead 27-16. Berger hit a three-pointer with one second left on the shot clock with 1:51 left in the period and on the next possession, Ellie Carter-Soriano sunk a three from the top of the arc.
- The Shorewomen ended the half up 35-20 and with an 44% scoring percentage from behind the arc.
- Abby Meredith led the scoring for the Shorewomen in the third quarter as she scored 15 of the Shorewomen's 30 points in the quarter. The Shorewomen led the Mules 65-43 heading into the final ten minutes.
- Boggs opened up scoring to start the period once again as she put away a layup from Oleary. Oleary sunk the next basket as she banked in a three off an assist from Meredith with seven minutes to play. The Shorewomen closed out the period scoring nine as the Mules scored eight. The Shorewomen took the game, 79-54.
