LYNCHBURG, Va. – Visiting Washington College overcame a 3-2 deficit by winning the final two singles matches to finish at No. 4 and No. 5 to come away with a 4-3 win at Randolph on Saturday afternoon at the Randolph Tennis Courts.

Doubles
- The Shoremen took the final two matches in doubles to grab the doubles point from the WildCats. Randolph won the top flight of doubles in the opening match to finish over
Tichi Chialva and
Maxi Synnestvedt, 6-4. Second doubles tied it for the road side as
Oskar Wroblewski and
Jorge Urgal Zuleta took care of business in a 6-4 result against Randolph. The third doubles team
Kohl Perkins and
Demir Isiker won a 7-6 (7-1) match to get the point for Washington.
Singles
- Randolph would win first singles match to finish at No. 1 with a 6-2, 6-2 decision over Chialva.
- Wroblewski got the Shoremen back in front, 2-1, with a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 6.
- The home side took third singles in a 6-1, 6-2 score at third singles versus Urgal Zuleta.
- The WildCats took a 3-2 lead following a win at second singles, 6-0, 6-4 against Synnestvedt.
- Perkins tied it at 3-3 in a 6-2, 1-6, 6-0 triumph at No. 4.
- The match came down to No. 5 singles as WC's
Petter Storberg overcame a 6-4 loss in the first set to take the next two sets 6-3, 6-4 as the Shoremen were able to claim the road victory with the result.
