VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Washington College scored all eight goals in the first quarter and never trailed on its way to a 21-5 win over Berry at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex on Tuesday afternoon in a non-conference men's lacrosse game. The Shoremen, who scored a season-high in goals today, improve to 5-1 on the season, while the Vikings drop to 3-3.

Nate Winters got the Shoremen on the board only 11 seconds into the game on a feed from
Talan Behler. Winters, who scored three goals in the first quarter, also added tallies with 7:59 left in the stanza to push the advantage to 5-0 and capped the eight-goal first quarter with two seconds to go from Behler.

Aiden Ventura added back-to-back goals in the first in a 22-second span that made it 4-0 WC.

Jack Dupuis scored 1:43 into the second quarter to give Washington a 10-0 lead as the Shoremen tallied the opening 10 scores.
- The Shoremen took a 14-3 lead against the Vikings into halftime.
- Washington outscored Berry 4-1 in the third and 3-1 in the fourth for the final margin as 14 different Shoremen netted a goal in the win.
