Chestertown, MD- Shorewomen Volleyball hosted Penn State Brandywine for an 11 AM Saturday match. The Shorewomen got ahead quickly in all three sets and never faltered as they swept the Nittany Lions, 3-0.Â

- The game started off as a back and forth battle with the two teams going point for point. It didn't take long for the Shorewomen to get the lead and hold onto it. Emily Hartnett has two aces, Izzy Diehl added five kills, and Lyndsey Wessel with four kills. The first set the Shorewomen finished strong, 25-19.Â
- Continuing with the momentum from the last set the Shorewomen came out hot on set two. They get an early 6-0 and held onto it. Every player on the court contributed to this 25-16 second set win. Kaysie Lynch earned three kills with Hartnett matching her three kills. Stubbs had three aces and Nora Biddle had one. Â
- Washington College stayed strong and carried their confidence into the third set. The momentum held was strong and they come out hot again earning a quick 5-0 lead. Diehl was on fire this set with eight kills. The Shorewomen won the last set 25-18 making this a shutout win for them. They are now 4-2 for the season. Â
