Abby Gaffney

Assistant Coach

Abby Gaffney was named an assistant coach for Shorewomen Basketball in 2025. Gaffney arived in Chestertown after spending the past three seasons as an assistant at her alma mater, Albright.

In her first season with the Shorewomen, the team reached its fifth straight Centennial Conference Tournament.

A four-year member of the women's basketball team at Albright, she finished her career ranked fifth all-time in team history in assists per game and 10th in assists.

Gaffney graduated from Albright in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and PR and Advertising.
