Box Score Knox With 13 Points and 10 Boards To Notch Double-Double
GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Host Gettysburg got a game-high 21 points from Kevin Gladstone in a 65-52 win over visiting Washington College at Bream Gym in a Centennial Conference men's basketball game on Tuesday evening.

How It Happened
-Gettysburg used a 13-0 run to take a 20-6 lead with 9:19 left in the first half on a pair of free throws by Tanner Kirkpatrick.
-The Bullets would take a 32-14 lead into halftime as Kirkpatrick rounded out the first half scoring on a three-pointer with 56 seconds left. The 18-point lead was Gettysburg's biggest of the first half.
-Washington opened the second half with a 15-5 run to cut the Gettysburg lead to 37-29 with 16:03 left in the contest on a Tas Dixon coast-to-coast layup.
-The hosts would counter with a 10-4 spurt to grab a 14-point cushion at 47-33 with 11:42 left on a Gladstone lay-in after he grabbed a missed Bullet shot.
-Alex Kaslander gave the Bullets their biggest lead of the game of 23 points at 59-36 with 5:05 to go on a layup.
For The Shoremen (2-9, 0-5 CC)
-Dave Knox (13 points and 10 rebounds for double-double and tops on the team in both categories), Drury (12 points and squad-high three assists), Dixon (game-high three steals), Aaron Geschwilm (three blocks to lead all participants and sets career-high).
-Washington shot 36% from the floor and 85% from the free throw line and outscored Gettysburg in transition points by a 10-2 margin.
For Gettysburg (10-3, 5-1 CC)
-Gladstone (game-high 21 points), Kaslander (11 points and contest-best 11 boards for double-double), Matt England (12 points), Kirkpatrick (game-best five assists).
-The Bullets outrebounded the Shoremen by a 38-27 margin and had a 28-12 advantage in bench points.
-Never trailed in the contest as they shot 47% from the field and 75% from the foul stripe.
