Red Devils Get Better of Shoremen, 133-70

Weiler Wins 50 Freestyle for Shoremen

CARLISLE, Pa. — Host Dickinson College won 10 of 11 events en route to a 133-70 Centennial Conference men's swimming victory over visiting Washington College this afternoon.

Shoremen Highlights
- Cody Weiler won the 50 freestyle in 22.37 to prevent the sweep by the Red Devils.
- Pat Elliott and Brendan Jones each had two second-place finishes for the Shoremen. Elliott was second in the 1000 freestyle in 10:07.77 and in the 200 backstroke in 2:00.05. Jones was second in the 200 individual medley in 2:03.26 and in the 500 freestyle in 5:00.63.
- Aidan Sullivan placed second in the 200 freestyle in 1:46.98, Ty Cummings was second in the 200 butterfly in 2:03.58, and Kevin Mackenzie took second in the 100 freestyle in 49.54.

Notes
- The Red Devils improved to 6-2 overall and 2-1 in conference meets with the win, while the Shoremen fell to 2-5 and 0-4.
