GETTYSBURG, Pa. — The Washington College women's tennis team clinched their third consecutive trip to the five-team Centennial Conference Tournament with a 6-3 conference win over host Gettysburg this afternoon. The Shorewomen, ranked 13th in the Atlantic South region, improved to 10-5 overall and 6-2 in conference matches with the win, while the Bullets dropped to 7-7 and 2-5, respectively.

Doubles
- The Shorewomen cruised to an 8-2 win at No. 1 as Julie Lazer and Rachel Martinez bested Laura Gradiska and Maria Martinovic. Gettysburg posted a decisive win at No. 3 as Ally Flood and Emily Simonds bested Paige Rebstock and Mariah Thomas, 8-1.
- At No. 2, MP Hubert and Krista Filiopoulos gave the Shorewomen the edge with an 8-6 win over Samantha Boardman and Gillian Minnerly.

Singles
- The Shorewomen were straight-set winners at the top four spots, while the Bullets won in straight sets at No. 5 and No. 6.
- Lazer beat Martinovic, 6-2, 7-6(3), at No. 1, while Martinez beat Gradiska, 6-0, 6-2, at No. 2. Filiopoulos added a 6-0, 6-2, win against Minnerly at No. 3, while Hubert bested Boardman, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 4.
- Simonds picked up a 6-1, 6-2, win for the Bullets against Thomas at No. 5, while Flood beat Rebstock, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 6.

Notes
- This is the third consecutive year the Shorewomen have qualified for the Centennial Conference Tournament. Washington has now qualified for the tournament 10 times in the tournament's 12-year history.
