Mandrell Wins Three Individual Races For Shoremen
CHESTERTOWN, Md. — Host Washington College won all 14 events en route to a 177-63 win over visiting St. Mary's College of Maryland in a non-conference swim meet tonight at the Casey Swim Center in Chestertown, Maryland.

How It Happened
- Andrew Feeley, Brett Edwards, Seth Wrigley, and Jackson Graham started the meet with a win in the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:40.58.
- Gage Mandrell won three individual races for the Shoremen, taking first in the 200 freestyle in 1:48.59, the 500 freestyle in 4:58.28, and the 200 individual medley in 2:03.47.
- Feeley swept the backstroke events, winning the 100 backstroke in 54.03 and the 200 backstroke in 1:57.97.
- Graham swept the butterfly events, taking first in the 200 butterfly in 2:02.78 and the 100 butterfly in 52.84.
- Nate Braddock added a pair of first place finishes in the 1000 freestyle in 10:25.81 and the 100 freestyle in 49.56 and also finished second in the 200 individual medley.
- Edwards won the 200 breaststroke in 2:17.38 and added a second place finish in the 200 freestyle, while Teague Sauter won the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.40.
- Dave Rovansek won the 50 freestyle in 22.90 and added second place finishes in the 100 breaststroke and 100 freestyle.
- Wrigley added a pair of second place finishes in the 200 butterfly and 100 butterfly, while Michael Cebzanov finished second in the 200 breaststroke.
- Edwards, Graham, Feeley, and Braddock ended the event by winning the 400 freestyle relay in 3:20.94.

- Mandrell was named the Goose Nation TV Shorewomen Swimmer Of The Meet for the second time in his career.
- The Shoremen improve to 2-4 on the season, while the Seahawks fall to 1-4.
