Tim Schultice to spoil the season opener for visiting Washington College in a 76-59 win on Wednesday night at Alumnae Hall in a non-conference men's basketball game. The Mighty Macs improve 1-1 overall, while the Shoremen are 0-1.

How It Happened
- The Mighty Macs jumped out to a 21-10 lead with 8:28 to go in the first half on a layup by
Steven Dao.Â
- Washington would answer with a 15-6 run to cut the lead to 27-25 with 2:43 remaining in the opening half on a traditional three-point play by
Sam Corrao.
- Immaculata would take a 33-31 lead into halftime.

Zach Genther drained a three-pointer to cut Immaculata's lead to 49-47 with 12:12 left before the hosts went on a 13-1 run to push the Mighty Macs advantage to 62-48 with 6:48 remaining on a Schultice free throw.
- The Shoremen would get it within 10, 68-58, with 3:13 remaining on a
Kedrick Frink lay-in, but could draw no closer.
