Box Score HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Host Juniata had three players score in double figures on its way to a 70-50 win over visiting Washington College on Thursday night in a non-conference men's basketball game at the Memorial Gymnasium in the opening round of the Doc Greene Tournament. The Eagles are now 7-4 on the season, while the Shoremen are 1-7. The Shoremen will play Pitt-Greensburg in the consolation game tomorrow afternoon.

How It Happened
- Leading 10-8 with 13:29 left in the first half, Juniata went on a 13-3 run to take a 21-11 lead with 8:37 to go in the first half on a Chase Husted layup.

Kohl Bernarding canned two free throws with 32 seconds left to give the Eagles their biggest lead of the first half of 17 points, 35-18.

Kedrick Frink would score the last bucket of the first half with 12 ticks remaining to cut the hosts' lead to 35-20 at halftime.
- Trailing 41-22 with 17:37 remaining in the second half, the Shoremen went on a 12-3 run to cut the Juniata lead to 44-35 with 13:00 left on a three by
Nick Romeo.
- The nine-point deficit was as close as Washington would get as the hosts Eagles used a 7-0 run to turn a 46-37 lead into a 53-37 advantage with 10:24 to go in the game on an
