Box Score WESTMINSTER, Md. – Host McDaniel had four players score in double figures on its way to a 71-42 win over visiting Washington College on Tuesday night in Centennial Conference men's basketball action at the Gill Center. The Green Terror improve to 10-11 overall and 5-10 in the Centennial, while the Shoremen drop to 4-18 and 1-14 respectively.

How It Happened
- The Green Terror scored the game's first six points just 1:53 into the game on a Michael Wallace jumper as the hosts never trailed.
- David Smoot gave McDaniel its biggest lead of the first half of 14 points, 25-11, with 6:05 remaining in the first half on a layup.
- Ismael Baqai knocked down his second three-pointer of the first half with 1:54 left to cut the McDaniel lead to 30-22.
- Dragan Hornatko ended the first half with a long triple to beat the buzzer to give the Green Terror a 33-22 edge heading into the break.
- In the second half, Hornatko capped a 15-5 run to open the stanza to give the Green Terror 48-27 lead with 14:24 to go. The closest the Shoremen got the rest of the way was 14 points on a Kedrick Frink layup with 9:45 left that trimmed the lead to 49-35.
For The Shoremen (4-18, 1-14 CC)
- Frink (seven points and seven rebounds), Tray Wright (six points and four assists), Baqai (six points)
- The Shoremen shot 36% (16-for-45) from the floor, 35% (6-for-17) from three-point range and 40% (4-for-10) from the foul line.

- The Green Terror shot 55% (31-for-56) from the floor, 25% (3-for-12) from three-point range and 55% (6-for-11) from the free throw stripe.
- McDaniel outscored WC in points in the paint (44-20), points off turnovers (20-16), transition points (5-4) and second chance points (5-0).
- The Green Terror had 14 turnovers in the contest, while holding a 38-21 advantage of the glass.
