CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Washington College men's swim team pushed its winning streak to 15 straight meets over Elizabethtown on Saturday afternoon in a 177-82 victory inside the Casey Swim Center in non-conference men's swimming action on Senior Day. The Shoremen won 11 of the 14 events in the victory.

William Schmidt nabbed three victories on the day as he captured the 100-yard backstroke (54.84), 200 backstroke (2:00.90) and 200 individual medley (2:00.58).

Joey Bond took first in the 100 breaststroke (1:01.92) and the 200 breaststroke (2:20.92), winning the latter by .05 over Elizabethtown's
Alex Waskiewicz.

James Hackett netted the 200 freestyle in 1:48.66.

Chase Hensen had the best time in the 100 freestyle (49.00).

Connor Kravitz-Yoffee prevailed in the 500 freestyle (5:13.15).

Mike Lee secured a win in the 50 freestyle (22.34).

Nathan Rawa secured victory in the 100 butterfly (54.30).
- The Shoremen won both relays on the afternoon. The 200 medley relay team of Rawa, Hensen,
Justin Fitzpatrick and Lee won with a time of 1:38.69, while the 200 freestyle relay side of Rawa,
Jay Dadhania, Lee and Schmidt were victorious in a time of 1:29.41
Notes
- Schmidt was named the Goose Nation TV Shoreman Swimmer of the Meet.
- The Shoremen are now 5-5 overall, while the Blue Jays fall to 6-4 overall.
- Dadhania was honored by the team prior to the meet on Senior Day and is the team's lone senior.
- Washington now leads the all-time series 22-3 with the 15-meet winning streak beginning with a 129-42 triumph in the 2002-03 season.
- The Blue Jays' Liam Quick is the brother of Washington College head coach
Philip Quick.
