Box Score Washington DC – The Washington College Men's Soccer Team draws with the Cardinals of Catholic University 3-3. A scoreless first half lit the fire for both teams as six goals were scored collectively in the second half. Jordan Waiganjo and Francesco Bertolini were both involved with 2/3 of the Shoremen's goals, Bertolini assisting both of Waiganjo's goals.

How It Happened 
	- The shots were almost even throughout the first half, Washington College had three to Catholic's two.  
- The first shot for the Shoremen came in the second minute as Tshazi Kamau's shot missed wide left. Christopher Pinto had a shot in the 16th minute, which was blocked, and the final shot of the half for the Shoremen came curtesy of Zak Burgess, his attempt was high.  
- Catholic got past the Shoremen's defense and put themselves on the board 1-0 two minutes into the second half.
- Three minutes later, a penalty in the box drawn by Jordan Waiganjo, gave the Shoremen the perfect opportunity to tie things up. Sebastien Linares took the penalty shot and tied things up for the Shoremen 1-1.  
- The Cardinals were able to score once again, two minutes later, after a shot took an unlucky deflection off the back of a Washington College defender, Catholic led 2-1.  
- In the 68th minute of play, Francesco Bertolini served a ball into Waiganjo who's first touch sent the ball straight up into the air. He was able to strike a shot as the ball came back down and sent it right past the left of the goalie to tie things up, once again, 2-2.  
- A minute and a half later, Yasir German crossed the ball from the right side of the field to Bertolini who was just left of the goal. Bertolini headed the cross to Waiganjo who was centered in the box right in front of the goal. Waiganjo tipped the ball into the back of the net and the Shoremen took the lead 3-2.  
- A defensive breakdown for the Shoremen, with nine minutes remaining, allowed the Cardinals to tie the game up for the last time 3-3. The two team drew after leaving nothing unanswered for 90 minutes.
