Sophomore softball player
Jenna Harper (Sugar Grove, Ill./Kaneland) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Harper hit .524 (11-for-21) with one home run, seven RBI and three doubles in a 5-1 week.
Harper capped off her week with a 3-for-3, three runs, three RBI and home run performance in game two versus Haverford in an 11-3 win on Sunday as she was a triple short of the cycle. In the first game versus Haverford, a 16-12 win, the sophomore went 2-for-4 with a double, run, walk and RBI. On Saturday at Swarthmore, Harper went 2-for-4 with a run scored and RBI in the 7-2 game one win and in the second game went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored. Versus McDaniel last Tuesday, Harper had a hit in both games, with two RBI in the second contest, a 9-4 win. She slugged .810 and had a .522 on-base percentage for an OPS of 1.332.
This is Harper's third career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
