Sophomore softball player
Jenna Harper (Sugar Grove, Ill./Kaneland) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Harper hit .500 (4-for-8) with five RBI in the doubleheader sweep at Muhlenberg on Saturday.
In game one, Harper went 2-for-4 with three RBI, including a two-run double in the top of the third to make it 3-0 with two outs and added an RBI single two innings later to push the Shorewomen's lead to 4-0. In game two, the sophomore notched a two-out, two-run single in the top of the fourth inning. She slugged .625, had an OPS of 1.125 and plated half the team's runs.
This is Harper's second career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
