Shorewomen Finish 9 of 11 In CNU Women's Race

Hampton, VA – The women of The Washington College Sailing Team traveled to Hampton, VA to compete in the CNU Women's Race.

The A division for The Shorewomen finished the weekend with 91 points. Imogene Nuss serves as skipper with Lucy Sunderland as the crew. The pair's best race was race 10/11 where they placed fourth.
In the B division, The Shorewomen finished with 107 points moving the total score for the Shorewomen to 198 on the weekend. Serving as skippers were Rachel Morgen for races 1and 2, Nora Beebe for races 3 and 4, and Nora Ciak for races 5-11. At crew, Ciak for races 1-4, Beebe for races 5-8, and Morgen for races 9-11. The best race for the Shorewomen in this division was the last one where they placed fourth.
The Shorewomen finished 9 of 11 teams and finished 64 points behind the eighth-place team, Clemson.
