Senior women's soccer player
Kaileigh Brady (Hockessin, Del./St. Mark's) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Brady had a goal and assist in the Shorewomen's 3-0 win over visiting DeSales on this past Wednesday and in the process set career-bests in goals and assists.
Brady gave the Shorewomen a 2-0 lead in the 34th minute after going through the DeSales' defense for the score and added an assist on
Dafny Vasquez's goal in the 74th minute that put Washington ahead 3-0. The senior set her career-best in goals (6) and assists (3) in a season against the Bulldogs, and also has a personal-high 15 points this season, which currently leads the Centennial Conference.
This is Brady's second career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
