Baltimore, Md. - Senior forward Daniel Brown scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Washington College Shoremen to an 84-76 victory at Johns Hopkins in their final exhibition game of the season. The Shoremen finished with a record of 4-1 during exhibition play.
Trailing 56-47 midway through the second half, the Shoremen went on a 12-1 run to claim a 59-57 lead. Brown converted a conventional three-point play to give the visitors their first lead of the final stanza at 57-56. Washington College continued to build on their lead and went up by as many as ten points in the final couple of minutes.
