Box Score CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Host Washington College controlled possession for much of the contest, but could not capitalize on their shots. Outshooting the visiting Cardinals from Catholic 14-8, the Shoremen were only able to put five of those shots on target to tie 0-0 Tuesday evening on Kibler Field at Roy Kirby Jr. Stadium in a non-conference men's soccer matchup. This moves the Shoremen to 3-4-5 overall, while Catholic moves to 7-2-4 overall.

Ben Strine had another scoring opportunity for the Shoremen in the 37th minute as his shot from far outside the box forced Young to extend for the diving save to give Washington a corner.

Alex Coster had one of the better opportunities for the Shoremen in the 61st minute as his shot went just wide left.
