LANCASTER, Pa. – Five Washington College men's lacrosse players and the coaching staff have earned All-Centennial Conference honors in men's lacrosse in a vote conducted by the conference's nine head coaches. Juniors, attackman
Peyton Gestole (Sudlersville, Md./Queen Anne's County), midfielder
Jake Laubach (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) and
Patrick Rodgers (Baltimore, Md./Gilman) were named the second team, while junior defenseman
Brian Blanche (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./La Salle College) and freshman goalkeeper
Keegan Dunn (Marlton, N.J./St. Joseph's Prep [Pa.]) were honorable mention. All five are first time all-conference honorees.

Kolyn Kirby '10 was named the Centennial Conference Coaching Staff of the Year for men's lacrosse. It is the first time Washington College has earned the coaching award from the conference in men's lacrosse since 2014. The staff guided the Shoremen to 12 overall wins and six Centennial victories, the most for both in 12 years.
Also announced by the conference was the All-Sportsmanship Team for men's lacrosse and representing the Shoremen on the team is senior attackman
Braedan Kasemeyer (Baltimore, Md./Calvert Hall).
The five all-conference selections are the most since 2014.
Gestole tallied team-bests of 35 goals, 55 points and four-game winning goals, while adding 20 assists, good for second on the squad, in 17 games, 16 starts, in his first season with the club in 2026. The junior all three of Washington's overtime goals in Centennial play against #11 Dickinson on March 21 (three overtimes), at Haverford on April 11 and Swarthmore on April 15. He also assisted on the walk-off overtime score against Stockton on March 18. He also scooped up 22 ground balls during the campaign. Through the end of the Centennial Conference tournament he is ninth in goals per game (2.06), points and points per game (3.23) and tenth in goals, assists and assists per game (1.18).
Laubach had 23 goals and 10 assists for 33 points, finished third on the Shoremen in goals and fourth in points, while tying for tops on the team in man-up scores with six in playing in all 18 games with five starting assignments. He also scored the team's only man-down goal this spring at Randolph-Macon. The junior had a personal-best four points in the team's 10-9 triple overtime victory versus #11 Dickinson on March 21 with three scores and a helper. In 26 career games, five starts, he has 24 goals and 13 assists for 37 points.
Rodgers started all 17 games played in for the Shoremen this spring, recording all-time highs of 18 caused turnovers to tie for second on the team and 27 ground balls. In a 15-9 win at Ursinus on March 25, Rodgers picked up a career-best five ground balls and tied his personal-high with three caused turnovers. He was part of a defensive unit that allowed single digits in goals 10 times this season. In 41 career games, all starts, he has 66 ground balls and 35 caused turnovers to his credit.
Blanche started in all 18 contests for the Shoremen this season, leading the team with 23 caused turnovers and was second in ground balls with 55. The junior also added a goal in a 10-9 extra session victory versus Stockton on March 18 and an assist in a 21-5 win against Berry on March 10. He had four games of five or more ground balls including picking up six to tie a personal-best in a 14-9 win at Franklin & Marshall on March 28 and chalked up a career-topping five caused turnovers versus #11 St. John Fisher on March 14. Tournament, he is sixth caused turnovers and caused turnovers per game (1.28). In 35 all-time games, 34 starts, Blanche has 92 ground balls, 46 caused turnovers, three goals and four assists for seven points.
Dunn had 124 saves in 632:59 of action on his way to going 7-2 in 14 games, nine starts, this spring. The freshman netminder stopped 15 shots to set a career-high in the win at Franklin & Marshall on March 28 and turned away 14 shots in the triple overtime triumph against #11 Dickinson March 21. He had five straight games of 10 or more saves from March 18-April 4 and had eight games of 10 or more saves in 2026. He served as the backstop in all three of the team's Centennial overtime wins versus Dickinson, at Haverford and against Swarthmore.
Kasemeyer was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team for the first time as Shoremen Lacrosse's representative. Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student-athlete who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship for the All-Sportsmanship Team. Nominations were submitted by the head coaches. Kasemeyer picked up a caused turnover in the team's April 18 contest versus #12 Gettysburg on Senior Day. This is the first time the senior has been named to the team.
This season was the 18th time that Shoremen Lacrosse has had five or more players be named All-Centennial. The conference started sponsoring men's lacrosse in 1994.
