Box Score Griffin Notches First Career Assist
ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Host Muhlenberg jumped out to a 9-2 halftime lead on its way to a 14-3 win over visiting Washington College in Centennial Conference men's lacrosse action on Saturday afternoon at Scotty Wood Stadium. The Mules are 3-3 overall and 3-1 in the conference, while the Shoremen are 2-5 and 1-4 respectively.

How It Happened
- The Mules scored the game's first two goals to lead 2-0 with 9:57 left in the first quarter on PJ Lombara goal from Ethan Grossman.
- Chase Orr would get the Shoremen on the board with 5:46 remaining in the first on an unassisted score before Jack Kraemer answered for Muhlenberg with 1:47 left on a feed from Dominick Visintin to give the hosts a 3-1 lead after one.
- Muhlenberg scored the first three goals of the second quarter to extend its lead to 6-1 on a Visintin goal from Grossman with 10:18 left.
- Logan Clefisch ended the run to trim the lead to 6-2 with 8:39 remaining with Keen Griffin as Griffin notched his first career helper on the tally.
- The Mules would score the last three of the second to take a 9-2 lead into halftime with Matt Marrella capping the scoring with four seconds left on an unassisted score.
- Muhlenberg outscored Washington 2-1 in the third quarter and 3-0 in the fourth quarter to provide the final margin.

- Washington had 14 turnovers, caused eight Muhlenberg turnovers and went 0-for-1 on the man-up.
- The Shoremen were 23-for-25 in clears and held a 34-32 edge in ground balls.
