Junior men's lacrosse player Will Charvala (South Orange, N.J./Newark Academy) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Charvala went 2-0 with a 9.00 goals against average and a .581 save percentage as the Shoremen kept their hopes alive for their first Centennial Conference Tournament in nine years.

In a 9-8 win at Ursinus on Saturday, he turned away 11 shots including one in the final seconds to preserve the win.  He also added three ground balls in the victory as WC got its first triumph over Ursinus in six years.  In Wednesday's 11-10 win, he made 14 stops, including the final shot on target with 27 seconds left to hold Washington's one-goal advantage and pick up the first win over F&M since 2015.

This is Charvala's first career Shoreman of the Week honor.
