Junior men's lacrosse player Peyton Gestole (Sudlersville, Md./Queen Anne's County) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Gestole totaled 11 points on six goals and five assists in a 2-0 week for the Shoremen, including the overtime winner at Haverford on Saturday.

The junior capped a three-goal, four-point performance with the golden goal with 1:03 left in overtime in Saturday's 12-11 win at Haverford for his second walk-off score of the season. On Wednesday in an 18-3 victory at McDaniel, Gestole led all players with four assists and seven points and tied for game-best in goals with three. He tallied the assist on the goal that put WC ahead for good at 3-2 with 3:07 to go in the stanza.

This is Gestole's second career Shoreman of the Week honor.
